Damages and issues If you believe you have received a damaged, or defective item we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged Orders
For orders that have been damaged during delivery, please send us the following information:
- Photos of the damage product.
- Photos of the packaging (damaged or undamaged).
- Photos of the address label.
